The adidas Superstar pays tribute to the Ninja Turtles with a special edition for its 40th anniversary. The classic rubber toe cap is redesigned with the turtle shell pattern, and the textured green finish evokes its skin. You will also find small hidden references, the adidas motto in Italian as a nod to Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo, redesigned logos following the style of the original creators Levin Eastman and Peter Laird, three sets of laces, masks and the iconic manhole cover hidden under the template. Each pair includes a reissue of the comic's first issue.
